2008,
birth of MTP Sols

MTP Sols was created in 2008 by Jean-Jacques Compiègne, an innovative chemical engineer who created a complete range of epoxy floor resins. Guided by his experience and extensive knowledge of materials, it has developed products recognised worldwide for their excellence, both easy to apply and in line with technical and environmental requirements.

2019, a new chapter opens

In January 2019, two professionals from the sector joined forces to take over the reins of MTP Sols and build on the know-how transmitted by Jean-Jacques Compiègne. They share the same dedication to excellence in products and service provided to customers, and aim to sustainably consolidate MTP Sols’ position as the reference player, by supporting developments in the sector, particularly as concerns improved respect for the environment.

Sophie Le Bonté

President

With a background in HR and sales, Sophie came to MTP Sols after 12 years' experience working for an epoxy resin applicator. She guides the Company's strategy.

Frédéric Demichelet

Plant Manager

With a background in science, Frédéric brings more than 15 years of experience in production and plant management to the Company. He implements the expansion projects.
